The Euro must rise above the white weekly trend line for upside momentum to continue else we see a retest pattern to go short this pair.

I have this believe that News Trading was designed for 1-5mins day trading scalpers. Because it does not seem to have a place in the long term analysis of market movement. The GBPUSD chart we're looking at is a good illustration of the power of technical trading. CNBC or Bloomberg's analysis of the British or US economy will not change my current position except i see a technical breakdown.

Just when i was about to take a screen shot after moving my stop to lock in 78pips, i was taken out.

Am pretty positive this trade will break through channel's upper line but worst case scenario would be to break even.

I overheard a wall street analyst say on Bloomberg that $CHF is currently the most interesting pair. Decided to have a close look as a result. The pair is indeed interesting as you can see on both the daily and 4H chart, the pair has been riding on a smooth path making it really easy to trade. Bias is purely bullish... only buy long setup for as long as pair stays above the trend line. Happy Trading!
